I’m not really a car person because aside from driving it, I have actually have limited knowledge about car parts and maintenance.  I always bug my brother, who’s a mechanic to help me with my car maintenance and repairs. 

Last week when I was driving home from my parents’ house I heard some weird sounds coming from my car wheels.  Being the clueless guy that I was, I phoned my brother to ask for help.  I described to him the weird sounds from my car and he told to have it checked just to be sure.  

Since something might be wrong with my car, I headed to the first car shop I saw on the road.  It was my first time to take my car in Firestone and I must say that I was really satisfied.    They provide a really good service to their customers.  This guy, named Eric was very accommodating and he even explained to me what was wrong with my car.  Apparently, there was something loose on my brake that’s why my car made weird sounds, but everything’s all good after they fixed it.
